Anyone know off hand how many acres a 737 will cover per hour? Sized up the property shown below. 340,000 square feet = 7.8 acres approx. Somewhat rough but wide open.

I have a 737 and I think the best I can do with it is about 2 acre's per hour. Three to four hrs for this property would be a good estimate.

How do you plan on mowing the ditch bank with a ZTR? - I agree with the above posts as to time - I think you are looking at 4 hrs.

    Thanks Brad

Thanks for the input guys, I demoed a 737 last year and will be getting mine in a few weeks. Dont have a good enough feel for it yet to judge that big of a area. The banks will likely be done with the 54 or 48 deere w/b.

I agree. 3-4 acres an hour should be about right.

I think it looks more like a 5 - 6 hour job especially if ground is rough. I have a Deere 737 and they bounce you around pretty good on rough ground.
