deere vs gravely/exmark

    how much more expensive if at all is deere than the other two? down the road, i plan on buying a 48" hydro and belt drive wb and a 54/60" ztr.


    ps- if i have a 5 foot wide trailer, what's the widest mower i could put on it? dumb but i dont know.

    A five foot wide trailer is 60" wide. A 54" or 52" would be the max you could fit on (without any walking room) (a 54" would give you around 2" max on each side) It sounds like you would need a bigger trailer.

    I think you can still get Deere's MSRP off their website. PJ lists the Hustler MSRP on the Hustler forum here on Lawnsite. I don't know if Gravely still lists their MSRP on their site, but check it out. Most manufacturers' list prices are easily found on the internet, and you just have to negotiate with a dealer from there (very similar to buying a new or used vehicle from a car dealer). :hammerhead:

    I demoed a gravely 152z 23hp kaw yesterday.Real quiet machine nice smooth hydros operator friendly.Will be buying one this summer.
