I just picked up a free dethatcher for in front of a walk behind mower. Its made by Toro but I want to put it on my Craftsman lawn mower. I can figure this out, but Im not sure how To have it set. When the dethacher is sitting level, it doesnt really touch the lawn, Im just not sure how its suppose to be set up, can somebody give me some advice please? Thanks!

This is not a power one, just a bunch of tines on springs that attach to the front of a regular push mower.
