Good deal, I thought Exmark dealers were alot better than this guy's description.
That's nothing. My Toro dealer gave me the "we only order parts on Monday" line, and it was a Tuesday. I couldn't believe it. I just got the call, two weeks later, that my parts were in. Thankfully it was for a backup mower. All I needed was a simple $5 part, too. Pathetic.
Oops, Toro owns Exmark. I will say my Exmark dealer has a great mail order parts system, though the parts guy I dealt with last time was VERY surly, almost hostile, until I pointed out that I had just bought a $7200 mower from them and was shopping for a $5000 hydro at the time.
Do they let just ANYBODY sell their equipment? I'd yank the rights of any clowns out there with slack standards. One loser in the biz can kill your reputation fast.
Does Exmark inspect dealers or conduct customer satisfaction surveys?
This is the dealer that I emailed you about a couple weeks ago.
I did not want to mention the name, but there it is.
They have been a dealer for over two years, and still don't know the Exmark line.
I think they would rather sell JD,Grasshopper, Woods, or Kabota.
Maybe its time to look for another dealer?
