Anybody try a diesel powered trimmer? Are they heavy? Is it durable?
Never heard of one, who makes them?
Saw one at the home and garden show last year. Stihl I believe
Same here, didn't even know they were out there !!
for real, dang if it werent heavy i bet they have great power. i would be interested in trying on of these out. cool
whats the problem small diesel cars have? there slugs off the line. how could you make that kinda of compression in a real small package
How much power does one need to trim grass? A diesel trimmer..thats funny!! Is it a Cummins?
Or is it a CAT?
Please tell me you did not just say that lol.
I wonder if they have a turbo!! " lets get out the chipped turbo diesel trimmer" lol
We had diesel engine for RC airplane before. They do work well. They do have small engine.....below 1cc. Yes I had one diesel engine ENYA brand that the cylinder took off ( air born ) on me!!!!!! Other brand like Taifun were much better. Believe me, it sounded funny the cylinder air born now. When I was a kid, spending all my pocket money to buy the engine and the cylinder air born, it wasn't funny that time!!
I will buy one just to have one. I don't think Stihl make one.
