    Hello Terry,

Are you familiar with the Raptor Mulch Blade, basically a wavy mulch blade like your excalibur mulch blade with the gator teeth on the ends. What are these teeth designed to do. What do these Raptur mulch blades do that the excalubur mulch blades do not do. I currently am using the excalibur mulch blades with a mulch kit. I am pleased with the results, but I am looking for even better results. It seems when a mow a yard I have little bitty strands of grass that you can not notice when you are on the property, but when you look at ground level from a distance you can notice them. I cut St. Augustine at 3.7 inches. Thanks

    Lborador,

To be honest I don't believe we've ever tested this blade.

If I had to guess I'd say they might do a slightly better job of chopping dry leaves but dust may be an issue. I would not be suprised if they did not work well in wet conditions. About all I can tell you is to try them. If you like them great, if not...........well at least you tried.

    Thanks,

    Terry
