Different levels of members?

    What are the goals, or cut-offs for the different level of members here. I know when you start out, it says up by your name (like mine here) ... that you are a Lawn Site Member. I see there are other levels as well ... such as Bronze ... etc.

    At what points do you climb the ladder so to speak?

    0-250 Member
    251-999 Senior Member
    1000-1999 Bronze Member
    2000-2999 Silver Member
    3000-3999 Gold Member
    4000-4999 Platinum Member
    5000+ Fanatic

    Here I thought gray hair and an ARP card would instantly qualify for a senior member.

    Major tom are those how many posts or threads you have applied?
    Or am I still confused:confused:

    not threads, just how many posts a member makes.
    now one other thing, off topic posts do not count towards the post count. some forums, will count off topic posts to add to their numbers, but lawnsite doesn't do that. only posts in all the green industry forums get added up.

    I think there should be some consideration for how long someones been a member. Take me for example. Ive been a member for over 5 years. I bet thats longer than 75% of the members. I have very few posts because I mainly read and stay in the "background". Not that big of a deal. Just something to think about.
