    Building on top of unstable soils can cause the house to sink which can then lead to the builder and contractors involved getting sued. Even if you have to take a hit sometimes it's worth it to not leave your name on something that can ruin your reputation.

    Exactly, especially since you know about the problem prior to building. Kind of like around here where they built a lot of expensive homes on top of old coal mine shafts and now the shafts are sinking in and the homes are experiencing MAJOR troubles.

    hey man! It was good to meet you the other day as well. Sorry im a touch late getting to see this as I never have much computer time anymore. The pond is done now and I think it looks great. I can not believe how many fans I had come by on that job it was crazy. I job in the middle of know where drew up more attention that any major job I've done in the city LOL

    Bought a little grader last week for a few jobs we have coming up. Nice little machine 99 model fiat allis 65C.

    the grader has a 10' moldboard.

    very very busy. between having more work than we could ever do, me buying a farm and making it livable while doing a full renovation to a trailer I bought to live in out there, there is not much free time. Oh yeah and I plan to be moved in next month:dizzy:
