Dirty Rocks

    Would it be more effective to rinse the rocks and gravel before building the walls and covering the liner?

    I havn't installed a pond before, just got my first inquirey today. Any other info appreciated.

    It helps sure
    Although while filling a pond for the first time you should be running a pump draining the dirty water as you hose down the rocks for that same purpose,do this real good until you achieve clear water the best you could, after that it will clear up what ever is left on its own
    Hose it down good
