I was wondering if anyone does general yard cleanup after storms and what do you guys/gals charge? I live in the Augusta Georgia/ Columbia South Carolina area and with the ice storm of last week, was looking for extra cash till lawn time. Thanks for all the input in advance.

Usual hourly rate plus hauling & disposal. Been doing nothing but this since Thursday. I'm about 1/2 done. Spent 7 hours on one small property (5000 sq ft) today and I'm not quite done.

Hourly rate will vary with market. Hopefully operators know what they need to charge.

Living in the deep south we do a lot of disaster clean up. There were guys during Katrina paying off their houses. We charged a normal hourly rate to our regular customers with the exception of tree removal. Always be fair. Once they were done , we were for hire. And we were expensive.
