I have a really tired 255sx right now... night time I do an install the guy from Ditch Witch is letting me demo the 410sx... before I get sold on it... anybody know what a new 410 costs? They won't tell me until I fall in love with it

anybody switch from a 255 to a 410.... is it worth it?

We paid $17k for ours with 500 hours on it, this got us a pull plade, a poly blade, and the trencher attachment.

Expect to pay around $28k for a new one.

The main thing about the 410 is that it has a sodcutting plade, so it leaves much less yard damage.

And it also has a Pettit-Lister Diesal (the 255 is gas correct)? This extra diesal power makes the machine incredibly powerful.

The only downside to the 410 is that with the trencher attachment its close to 8 feet long, so you really have to think your pulls out carefully in yards with fenced edges.
