I was just wondering if you've ever had problems with gator blades chiping and/or breaking.

I'm thinking about buying some and want to make sure they will be safe to use.

I havent had any problems with mine. They seem to hold up really well.

I had a set that lost some of the serrations off of the airfoil. I took them back to the dealer and he exchanged them for a new set. The set that I got must have been brittle, because they chipped near the end of the blade. I didn't hit anything so that wasn't the problem. The next set has worked very well, but I only use Gators for leaf mulching and fall clean-ups.

I have had it happen to high lifts but never gators or atomics.
