This past week my Lesco Mower would crank slow and barely start first thing in the morning. Yet at the 2nd and 3rd no problem had the zing. Battery is fully charged.

It SOUNDS like a battery problem honestly. Have you checked the connections at the starter and the battery for corrosion and tightness? It sounds like the battery is somewhat discharged but after you run it for a while it has charged itself back up making starting easier.

Update. I started with cleaning all the connections, same thing.
Put a new solenoid on same thing.

Yes it was the battery even when fully charged didn't want to start,I think the cranking just went a way.

    All better now.:)
