Hi all i just stumbled across this part of lawnsite and it really got me thinking about offering this service. I was wondering, do you need to have a pest licence or any other licence to PW with chemicals, cleaners etc ?

A pesticide license is for pesticides only. As long as you are not claiming to kill any pests, weeds, bugs, ect. you should be o.k.

Putting chemicals in that kill mold would legally require you to have a pesticide license, but that may be kind of a gray area...

That would be like your pooguy killing off algae in a pool......no license required for that.

household bleach, it doesn't kill it but it does remove it. best to find reason for why it is wet, cure that problem, and mold is no more a problem.
mix jomax (get at local hardware lowes, home depot) mix with bleach does real good job

Jomax is where it is at. I use the Jomax/bleach mix in a garden sprayer. 1 hour later its gone.
