Do you offer warranties?

    I just finished an install 12X15 pavers, The homeowner asked if I would warrant it for 1 year so I agreed, what if any is your standard warranty? She also has plenty of other work to be done.

    I give my customers 5 years standard

    Most contractors I've seen offer 1 year on hardscapes. We have a local guy who gives a lifetime warranty- I hope he's charging accordingly.

    I go three years on hardscape.

    Never had a warranty claim but...

    Its not my workmanship that I worry about, its the abuse of the homeowner that they will blame on my workmanship... Charge accordingly

    5 year warranty, thinking about going to 7.
