    DODGE Has Recalled the CARAVAN, GRAND CARAVAN and DAKOTA
    The U.S. Department of Transportation?s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced.

    Make : DODGE Model : CARAVAN Year : 2000
    Make : DODGE Model : GRAND CARAVAN Year : 2000

    Make : DODGE Model : DAKOTA Year : 2001

    Make : DODGE Model : DAKOTA Year : 2002

    NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID Number : 03V505000

    Potential Number Of Units Affected : 35692
    Summary:
    ON CERTAIN MINIVANS AND 4X2 PICKUP TRUCKS, THE VEHICLE CERTIFICATION LABEL MAY HAVE GROSS AXLE WEIGHT RATINGS (GAWR) THAT SLIGHTLY EXCEED THE MAXIMUM TIRE LOAD CAPACITY AS DEFINED IN FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY
    STANDARD NO. 120, TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS.

    Remedy:
    OWNERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH VEHICLE CERTIFICATION LABEL OVERLAYS CONTAINING CORRECTED INFORMATION RELATIVE TO VEHICLE GAWR AND TIRE SIZE.
    THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT YET PROVIDED AN OWNER NOTIFICATION SCHEDULE FOR THIS CAMPAIGN. OWNERS SHOULD CONTACT DAIMLERCHRYSLER AT 1-800-992-1997.
