I want to see the Sox win it in Boston, so I hope they put up a good fight and we bring it home to win it!

hopefully, with the Cards winning last night, it means we are in for a decent series now...that Wacha for St. Louis is a terrific pitcher. I watched him really shut down my Pirates earlier and WOW, that kid is real stud on the mound

anyway, hoping for some more good baseball :waving:

controversial call in the bottom of the ninth last night gave the Cards a 2-1 series lead...seems to get more interesting as the series goes on. yes, I thought there was interference with the runner at third, but still a tough call to make in the bottom of the ninth in a World Series game

It has been one of the most interesting World Series to watch for sure! Ready for the next game, hoping the Sox can pull it off. Either way, I still have to go mow the following week. lol

Even being a St. Louis native and dedicated Cards fan...

It kinda stunk having to win it like that. I'm pretty confident that Craig would've made it home had there not been an interference, so I'm okay with the call, but that was too awesome of a game to have it end that way.

My wife (a Boston native and decidated Red Sox fan) is not so understanding. :)

Game 6 tonight. honestly, I think the Sox close it out tonight, but hoping the Cards can pull it out and send it to a Game 7...would just be nice to see the season come down to that, one game with the best team surviving

I know, I know :cry: oh well, maybe my Pirates can make a run next year...Congrats to the Red Sox Jamie and even though I am not a big fan, the best team definitely won. at least the Penguins beat the Bruins last night to help cope a little :p
