does age matter?

    Go for it for sure I am 18 and going to be starting up this season. I see where you are coming from but I have no worries. My plan is just to look and act professional as well as being straightforward when dealing with customers.

    Amen. Your age doesn't matter, your work does. Be honest with your customers, and pay extra attention to all of the details, and you'll stand out above the rest. A lot of people start out young, myself included.

    You should stick to your prices, but to be perfectly honest, some potential clients WILL be a little skeptical as to whether you're up to the task. Especially if they're getting multiple quotes. They will assume that you have less experience, which may or may not be true. Once you get their business everything should be alright.
