    does amyone know what it means to choke a trailer wheather it be a open, closed, or constrution(small foreman office)trailer?

    Do you mean to "chock" a trailer??? If so, that means to put a "chock" or block, brick, etc. to keep the trailer from rolling.

    no i meant "choke" i saw the word on a word sheet today in vo. tech and asked the teacher and he had no clued what it meant. i think it might have been a misprint but who knows.

    If you are talking about something with a fifth wheel, it can be choked up on the frame when hauling it down the road for better handling.
