Very clever. Looks like it also doubles as an override for the deadman control bail.

At least when your feet slide under the deck, presumably in flip flops, you'll be half way anesthetized for the operating room procedure to try and sew your toes back on your feet.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_2_1.gif' border=0></a>

Can we say "LIABILITY"! Not a good idea to call that a "Beer" holder, IMO.

I used to have a beer hanger, there is a large SCAG orange strip down the side of my white pickup as proof. Glad those days are gone.

I contacted the guy and it turns out he doesn't make these, he just sells them.

However, in talking, it turns out that he is in manufacturing and CAN make these or similar if he wanted to.

I inquired about making them for commercial mowers and he was very interested. (obviously they wouldn't say "beer" on them! LOL!).

He even recognized that they would need to be built heavier duty for commercial use, as the ones he's selling aren't strong enough.

Do you guys see a market for larger, sturdier drink holders for commercial mowers (walk behinds in particular)?

He wanted some info about how/where they'd mount on the mowers. And he wanted to know what the ideal size would be.
    Perhaps 1qt. water bottle size?

He even wanted to know of sites, forums, publications, etc., where he could advertise them to our industry if he went forward with this.

So what do you guys think? I know I'd like to have one on each of my mowers.

Go over to Wally World and get one. They are made for
Baby Strollers. I don't know about you guys but every drink holder I had was always full of dust and clippings and if the drink sweats then the business end of the drink is always dirty. IMO

I like the idea. Now if some one could build a sealable cup holder that wont get dirty I would buy one in a minute.
