Does this really save gas ???

    I know those items will both burn. They are common paint thinners. I doubt you would get an extra 75 miles from a tank of gas by adding 4 ounces of paint thinner.

    Also, even if it does increase mileage, has anybody accounted for the cost of paint thinner or Xylene? Per gallon those things are MUCH more xpensive than gas.

    Just dump a bunch (a bag or so) of moth balls into your tank before you fill up and park it over night, that'll increase the Ethanol in the fuel and give it better performance.

    I think the same myth buster episode address that one too. It was proven to be false as well.

    They used the wrong moth balls, gotta use the older ones.

    I don't care to use ethanol in my engines. IMO its over rated.
