I was wondering if putting doorhangers out before a cloudy day and a day with some rain effect response rates? I wanted to get them out the first week of March. All the days that week are supposed to be warm but the 2 and 3rd are cloudy and a chance of rain. Would putting them out on the 5th be too late and would putting them out before clouds and rain be ok? Maybe I'm being to cautious, I just what to get the best response rate I can.

Start putting them out early, keep track of how many, and see when your response rate starts going up (Meaning people are starting to think about lawn service). When it starts to go up, work on flooding the market with them. The market will tell you what day is the best to do your advertising.

Putting out hangers and flyers during the initial phases of good sprimg weather after winter seems to be more effective.
