I am bidding on a landscape job and there will more thaqn likely be water standing in some places, especially by large oak tree.
It will either be a raised bed, or I will till the area and add compost and till in(they want 2 bids).
The water will be comming from the driveway and lawn areas and going to a low spot on the lower part of property.
I do not see any place where I can put drainage pipe and divert the water away from their property because it will all go to the neighbors properties, and can not have that.

I was thinking about using a NDS flowell storm water system.
Is there any other options I mighy have with this?

    Thanks
    Al
