Drilling out bolt hole on blade?

    Yeah.....This time.....

    I'm sure this pulled pork wasn't as good as yer home smoked but it hit the spot, Oh..... I chose their home made mac n cheese over the beans, Dat's sum good stuff !!!

    Bbq is just like small engine repair....once you have it figgered out....
    Payin anybody else just don't make sense....
    Don't fergit the cornbread..coleslaw...and the Palatka red potatos....

    No disrespect...Restrorob...I have bought more than my share of BBq...
    I don't always have 4 to 10 hours to wait for a meal....
    The rub I have with over the counter BBQ is that they are forced to continually clean all the flavor out of their pits....I keep my racks clean and always bring the temp to over 400 before I start cookin...if it lives through that its safe to eat...
    Pulled pork is tough to keep from drying out....pour a little watered down sauce..vinegar...and brownsugar mix in the bottom of the pan...and cover it with foil until ready to serve...

    Now....about those blades.....
