    Hey Guys

I am dropping my first customer this week. She is very underpriced. Last year a friend of mine and her roomate needed her yard mowed so I hooked her up. My friend has moved and I continued to mow this year for her roomate. In order for me to continue her yard I would have to charge twice what I do now. The problem is I have yet to be paid for the last eight times I have mowed. I have called several times and have always been told the check is in the mail. Bottom Line it is not worth my time and effort to continue her as a customer.

I don't want to burn my bridges. Any help on the letter would be appreciated.

I am not kidding, This is my second year in business. I have never been shafted by a customer. All a learning experience. I have read many threads how you all handle things like this. Think back to the first time it happened to you. After I get this one squared away I will know what to do when and if it happens again.

Basically your saying the contract is trashed when you don't get paid.

I'm still out $150,000+ on plowing contracts.. Don't feel bad

Most of mine are chain stores and property management company run locations, so the invoice passes through about 1000 hands before I finally get a check..
