Does any one from the northeast to mid-atlantic area, have any tips for stirring up service work in July and Aug with new or existing customers?

I would try to push back some service until later in the summer. Replacing leaky system shutoff valves. Flo-Pro search-and-destroy missions. Backflow upgrades. Through-the-wall system shutoffs.

Send out "Summer Adjustment" post cards 0r letters. Offer the service at a discounted price from the typical turn on charge. You readjust the clock for summer watering, check coverage. You are bound to find an area that could use another head, raised head or a head moved due to plant growth or new shrub work.
