Very nice big guy! Keep it up!
House we picked up a few weeks back. The guy apparently owns Wisconsin Cheese or something like that. One of the cheapest guys I've ever met. But, his wife pays the same day she gets the bill.
Backyard renovation we are doing. (been piecing it in over 4 weeks now cause we're so busy. About .5 - 1 day of work a week.) It's been a drag. Anyways, the h.o. spent like 50k getting new coping, plaster and a deck poured. We did the landscape enhancements, landscape lighting, and 30+ hours of irrigation repair.
Not my favorite design or job by any means, but it was a fun project to work on.
(we didn't do any of the hardscaping, he did that years ago).
All in all, the landscape and lighting bill was around 14k I think.
Here is the landscape plan for that townhome job we did.
The maples trees are a devloper after thought, so I only have the previously proposed trees on the plan.
We did grading, irrigation, and landscape install on this one.
wow that needs some work, I hate seeing a HUGE house w/ nothing but turf, needs something to scale that big boy down
No Joke. I hate the landscape, I hate eveything about the job. He enver wants to mulch, only trim hedges 2x a year. But we mow n go in 40 mins and charge 130 for the cut.
Its a nice "quick end of day deal". Plus it's like .5 from where im moving to.
Anyone needs leaves? 8 hour leaf cleanup.
In reference to that picture of the big house... She called this morning and cancelled service. going with someone that is a little cheaper.
some people i swear. They have all the money in the world, and the balk at an extra 10 bucks a week.
another design we're putting in next week.
thanks big brother
