    Are those concrete floors the finished product? They look pretty neat.

    ya, theyre stained and scored concrete, they are covered in dust. trim carpenter starting tomorrow on that big house, so paint early next week. once paint is done, will remove protective paper thats there currently, and reclean, stain and faux bad spots, and wax.

    inside is that deep brown, outside is a grayish black, the bathrooms inside is jet black.

    the smaller spec houses only have stained concrete on common areas on 1st floor. bedrooms are carpet.

    fireplace so far.

    they messed up and forgot the mantle. so we're rebuilding that. also 18" seat in front of firebox.

    Updated fireplace, with the new mantle. Behind the mantle, the area is recessed 1" so I can put in a non-visible flat board to place things on.

    Turned out exactly how I wanted it to.

    Can you tell which one is in charge?
