I have always had verbal agreements with my residential customers in the past. I also have always had some people pay me at their leisure, which can be real annoying. I am going to start doing something new this season. I am going to offer:
    hedge trimming
all as part of a "standard" package. I am also going to require a annual contract with a payment schedule included. I know many of you guys have always done things this way, but I guess now its my turn. This should be a good way for me to bring in more money per week.

Way too many guys spend far too little time running there business, which includes timely billing. If you work from dawn to dusk out on the field and dont keep up with proper bookkeeping then your are asking for problems
