Good morning. Anyone ever used an Eastman mower, specifically a model SP21K? My dealer tells me that they are the best. How about it?

Eastman mowers are extremely well built, heavy, walk behind mowers.
As far as the best, that is debatable simply due to the other manufacturer's commercial equipment.
However, depending upon the price, Eastman mowers are typically high end, commercial machines.
You will find more Eastman mowers in golf course maintenance operations rather than commercial turf mowers, aka LCO's.
How much does the dealer want for that machine?

The price I was quoted was $899 by the dealer. I found an internet distributor that quoted $869. The machine looks so much like a Gravely mower I had a few years ago, it's spooky. The price point is not appreciably different than even some of the mid- to better-quality Honda machines that I have found for sale. All that is to say, I'm about to believe that whether it's a Gravely, Eastman, or Honda (all commercial) that I'm going to pay about $900 per mower.
