Trying to decide between these two blowers. Is the wieght worth the extra power for the 8000? Give me some feedback on the two.

I have 3 7001's and 2 8000's, the 8000 destroys the 7000 in being able to get done faster on commercial accounts or big blow jobs. It is so good I have no street blowers as of yett!:clapping:

I've got a 7001 and buddy has an 8000. We do a school together, and honestly I haven't been able to see a huge different. I would like to run both side by side when the leaves really start coming down. I think this might be the big area for me that the 8000 would have been a better choice. I got the 7001 for $400, and the 8001 was $500. I might regret not getting the 8000, but haven't yet. I've run his 8000, and the extra weight and bulkiness is noticable. I really wouldn't want to run the 8000 are year round, but would like to have both.
