Here's a question for you dealers. Let me start by saying I work with two dealers in my area and I buy everything through them and receive excellent service. Now here's my question: I am wanting to buy a Tanaka TLE600. The closest dealer is 20 miles away, but that's not a problem. The problem is he does not stock, sell, or service any Tanaka lawn care products. All he deals with is drills and pumps for the maple syurp business. He can get the TLE600 for me from his distributor and charge me full retail price, but if I need service he will send me to one of the local small engine shops. Now, I can buy the TLE600 online at a substantial savings and if I need service I can take it to the small engine shop. What would you do?
