I had my first chance to use my new Echo 750 blower and all I can say is WOW! I had never used a backpack before and now I know why you guys throw away your rakes. It blew out wet leaves and fluffs up the grass to make it look like you killed yourself raking. I feel like a kid at X-mas. What I need to know is technique. What's the easiest way to blow and not throw everything everywhere. How do you pile it up in one spot to pick it up? I ran it at half throttle and it worked great. Is that the norm and what would you use full throttle for? I used to dread spring cleanup but this thing will take about 1/4 the time. Worth every penny.

I worked with a guy last year doing spring clean ups and just loved the back pack blowers......

We took and blew all the leaves to one area on a large tarp then put them in his trailer. This year he bought a leaf vac system and dump truck so his clean ups at the end of this year will be a lot simpler.
