I got a HC-2400 hedge clipper that doesn't start. Has spark. When I put some starting fluided down the spark plug hole I thought it should try to fire but it didn't. Checked the compression and I got 85psi which seems low. Does anyone know what the compression should be?

At a very least, you should have 90 psi, best would be over 110. How old is this clipper ?
