Does anyone use the Echo or any other brand of hand held rubber paddles for cleaning gravel out of lawns? I've been looking at the Echo Pro Attachment Series, and it seems like a nice unit. Just wondering how the rubber paddle works for getting gravel out of lawns? I've used the walk behind power brooms in the past, but it seems this set up might be better for steep ditches and hills.

I've used Shindaiwa's Power Broom for ten years now. The rubber paddles do a good job cleaning the gravel left from winters snow plowing off lawns near roadsides, parking lots, driveways, etc. It works best to get at it before the grass greens very much.

Yep. The paddles work better than the bristles (if this is what you were referring to)...MUCH better.
Just a helpful hint: Mount it upside down, so you pull it upward you...This works MUCH better and is 10 times easier to use...especially if you are pulling ditches up.

Thanks guys! I was hoping you could turn it upside down to let it pull rather than push!
