I've got an echo SRM260 and everytime my right elbow touches the rubber part that holds the spark plug into the engine I get the shock of my life. What could be causing this. I know it's got a new plug in it, but why the hell am I getting shocked through rubber?

Check the rubber boot VERY carefully, it probably has a hole in it. Even a very small one will shock you.

Yep, what txlawnking said. A well placed piece of electrical tape can fix that, or you could do it right and get a new boot. :)
