Echo Trimmer not cranking

    My Echo trimmer suddenly stopped working. I did get it to crank over but along with that came a ton of smoke and plenty of sputtering. Then it died again and never started again.

    Could this be too much 2 cycle oil in the gas?

    I would doubt it unless you put to much mix in the gas....:nono:

    Take the spark plug out and clean it off and try again....

    yessss the only way a 2 stroke of this sort that blows a ton of smoke will be to much oil, must have mixed the gas wrong, and do what breez said, but empty the gas tank first and put gas in it you know you mixed right. should go:clapping::clapping:
