ECHO vs. KAWASAKI Trimmers

    I'm wanting to get another medium duty string trimmer.My dealer carries Echo and Kawasaki.I've never tried either,both look like nice units.How do they compare to Sthil. Thks for input

    i have used all three. i have a kawasaki kgt27a i like alot. all three in a commercial grade will be a good investment.

    i have a Kaw edeger, and its light and really start with 1 or 2 pulls, were as my echo wich is a few months old, takes 5-10 pulls to get it going. my next trimmer will be a the kaw

    I really like the feel of the Kaw.,just did'nt know about them.How is it for edging?

    Great! I have THICK st. aug, and lots of it! have had 0 problems! I think it was around $300, and dont regret it at all. Echos good, but i have 3 echo products, and all a pain to start. but some people swear by echo.
    Like i said, my next trimmer will be that kaw

    KAWASAKI all the way. They have updated their warranty to 2 years for commercial use

    Put E3 spark plugs on your Echo equipment and use Amsoil ASE at 80:1
    Your life will become easier...
