I am in the middle of pricing up a bid for a commercial acount and have a couple questions on what others do.

There is 1930 feet of edge to the beds. About 75% is foundation beds. They are in rough shape in some parts.
Right now i usually do a foot a bid on residentials which includes edging and picking up plus weeding. Now most of the time residential don't have 1900 feet.

I charged a dollar a foot for edging and cleaning out bed. Most of the edges are there and aren't to bad. But I figure it's going to take two guys about 8 hours to weed all of the beds and pick up after I edge.

    Any opinions on this?

I charge $1.50 per foot. $70 per man per hr. to
Weed the bed. Then I charge dump charges to get rid of the stuff
