Ok guys first I'm not doing fert or apps of any kind. My business is not involved with chems and I don't want to go there yet. When I do it will be legal just like the rest of my business. The question is this: Yesterday a women calls in response to my ad and during the conversation she says she doesn't want edging done in july and august because it will cause weeds to grow. I've never heard or seen this but I'm asking here because I don't know. Is this true? I did a search and couldn't find the answer.

Thats a new one on me.
If anything at all I guess the lady may be thinking of crabgrass and I doubt that edging has any real part in that unless you really scalp the edges.
