edging large straight areas

    i was walking a property yesterday so i could place a bid for the complete maintenance contract.the owner requested edging the long driveway and medium sized parking lot with as straight a lines as possible.what is the best method and equipment to use?

    I would recommend a nice gas edger

    You walk. Its quite simple once you do it.

    Use a good stick edger. Walk at a normal pace and keep the edger blade pulled against the pavement and don't let the blade pop out of the edge. If the pavement is straight, the edge will be straight.
