edging prices

    does anyone charge by foot? if you do how many feet do you figure per hour?

    3 miles per hour at a brisk pace, which is what I figure the guys should be working at..15,000 ft an hr. Obviously, this is when edged weekly because you can't keep that pace when overgrown. Pricing is on your hourly for a man w/stick equipment

    I must be a slow poke! 600 feet of driveway/sidewalk/curb/patio takes me about 10-12 minutes with a stick edger, plus clean up. At 15,000' per hour, I could stick edge everything in 2-1/2 minutes.
