What edging do you prefer to use for pavers? Most user friendly?

I don't know correct terms but I've had issue with different kinds be it weak, flexing or just all together a PITA to work with.

Snap edge is what we will be using. After going to MAHTS and listening to the sales people it seems the most user friendly and would hold up better.

Best thing I've found to cut snap edge?

Felco pruners! :) Fast, easy and clean.

We have been using Snap Edge for the last 11 years.

We have used other brands, but the others just do not offer the infinite use, as Snap Edge does.

My next choice is BEAST .

And guys - it is NOT called "EDGING". The proper term is "RESTRAINT".

We use both Snap Edge and Beast. Personally I think Beast is just as good, and at almost 1/2 the cost it makes more sense.
