I have an opportunity to submit an editorial in a publication that I am advertising with. I would like to get some advice from those who have done this before I wade in. I don't want to waste this chance, so if you have experience please offer up some advice.

    Thanks for all the help,

Just do it. I don't know what your topic will be, but make sure you know what you are talking about so you can establish yourself as the authority on whatever it is you will be writing about.

I have a good relationship with a local glossy magazine that caters to women. I did a front stoop and walkway for the owner of the mag. I also unload the magazines for him when they come in every other month. I advertise in the magazine as well, and the owner is always asking me for quotes and information on a variety of articles relating to landscaping, lighting, and lawn maintenance.

This has paid off very well for my operation, so don't pass this opportunity up.

Thank ya SoDak, the basis of the article will be landscape lighting. Its benefits through professional design and installation techniques. Perhaps, "what low voltage lighting can do for you". I'm really not sure how to attack this. I would like to "educate" my area about L.V. lighting since there isn't alot of it around.

I have a pretty nice one you can use. If you want it pm me. Title is enhancing your outdoor living space. Or something to that effect
