I have a customer who is looking for new electric hedge clippers. She main concern is the blades becoming dull. I don't know much about hedge clippers so I told her I would find out. Does anyone have any suggestions on quality electric hedge trimmers?
    Thanks

If they have to have electric just have them get the Black & Decker Hedge Hog model. When they become dull they can either take them to a mower shop to get them sharpened or just buy so new ones.

Up-Sell the customer! One more add-on is a good thing!

Why put in the store's pocket and not yours?

This customer is a friend of mine. We work in the same office, go to the same church, and I grew up with her two sons. She enjoys working in her yard, trimming hedges, planting flowers and mowing. It is her hobby. It also gives her and her husband something to do together. He has a health condition that limits his abilities. I am not trying to sell her anything. She is a friend that had a question and I am trying to find an answer for her.

    Your original post said "Customer"

B&D makes a nice homeowner unit that should suit their needs just fine.

Ditto on the Little Wonders. My uncle has a pair and they stay pretty sharp. That's also what the local rental yard has.
