Emergency temporary rules have been approved to protect outdoor workers from heat related deaths in California, the rules will be final after some fine tuning but theses are the basics.
.Employers provide shade and rest for workers showing signs of heat exahustion
Employers provide at least one quart of water per employee per hour
Employers provide training about the causes and prevention of heat illness
California has had 14 heat related deaths in outdoor workers between July 13th and August 4th.

It amazes me that we need laws to cover the basics of life. Must be the dumbing down of the left coast by liberals who have completely removed the power of the people to think for themselves. Or maybe crew chiefs over there are really big meanies.
