    does anyone have a copy of a employee handbook? We are looking at giving one to our staff this year. A base would come in handy. Thanks

    This is a great link to get ideas of what you want in your handbook ..... which should be personal to each one's own business .... kinda like a mission statement or businees plan

    Here's a Sample ==>http://www.digituplus.com/crse-lib/cohandbook.doc

    Of coarse each company's book whould be tailored to one's size ....n need to have only info which pertains to them at the present time ...... n as one grows .... so should company policy's n handbook

    I appreciate the help. Does anyone have one they use for their landscape company though? I have many that revolve around other types of businesses.

    The National Landscape Association has one that is one disk, you just have to type in your company particulars and edit as you see fit. Also available from ALCA or through American Nuseryman Magazine
