Employee Handbooks: how to make one

    I just finished writing an employee handbook. I did it using a book called "Create Your Own Employee Handbook" by Guerin Delpo.

    It was really quite easy. The book comes with a CD Rom that has a sample manual. It walks you through editing the sample to fit your business and gives you the required information for your state to remain legal. I would definitely recommend it. It took me about 10 hours total to go through the book and finish the handbook.

    For $31 and 10 hours of your time you have no excuse not to have an employee handbook.
