$7.00 to $9.00 per hour. What is any employee REALLY doing anyway which is worth more than that?

a crew leaders is driving around in YOUR $30,000 truck , with YOUR $5,000 trailer , $10,000 worth of YOUR mowers and other misc equipment. Dealing with YOUR customers in a face to face nature. Representing YOUR company in a respectful manner. Making money to keep food on YOUR table.....Sometimes you get what what you pay.....back in the mid-90's I was paying out 10 an hour in florida for laborers while it may have affected my bottom line with slightly lower profits. My renewal rate was in the 90% range....happy employees with good morale, make for a nice company....
