Just bought a 7x14 enclosed 3 months ago.

After a year of research I bought a cargo mate trailer.

They make Pace, Wells Cargo all look like crap.

I paid $4300 for mine, tandem 3500lb axles, single piece aluminum roof, V nose.

Go to www.cargomatetrailer.com and check out the econo hauler.

The problem with Cargo-Mate is they use 24 inch on centers for the floor and sides. We just bought a 2006 Haulmark Race trailer. 24 feet long 8 1/2 wide and love it! 16 inch on centers. Hold the weight better and much stronger. With a haulmark you pay for the quality. $6500.00 for this bad boy!!!

Haulmark makes cheap 24" on center trailers too. It seems that most manufactures make a "cheap" line of a trailers and a "better" line.

Haulmark's "Thrifty Hauler" series are the cheaper units. We have Cargo Mate trailers and they are 18" I like the quality and features so far.

You would think the name implies that the Thrifty Hauler is a cheaply constructed trailer. Actually they are not that bad especially if you get the Thrifty Hauler Package then they are a very nice and well built trailer. Haulmark makes a few models that are truely marketed to the price conscious shopper. I'm not sure what the Haulmark model name is but they are 24" o/c floor, walls, and roof.

Thanks to all that replied. I will be going to look at several models of trailers this week end and trying to narrow them down.
